By downloading or using Accord you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
A personal, non-transferable license to use Accord on Apple devices you own, under Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA, and on Android devices in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Guidance only
IFRA limits, dilution calculations, and material data are provided for information only and reflect our reading of published standards. Standards change and materials differ. You are responsible for verifying compliance against the current IFRA Standards and your suppliers' certificates before selling or distributing any product.
3. Safety & regulation
Fragrance materials can cause irritation or sensitisation and are subject to regulation. You are solely responsible for safe handling, labelling, allergen declaration, and legal compliance for anything you produce. We are not liable for any loss, harm, or regulatory issue arising from use of the app.
4. Subscriptions
Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account, renewing unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of your formulae. We claim no rights to them beyond the limited storage needed to sync them for you if you enable sync.
6. Limitation of liability
Provided "as is" without warranties; liability limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
