Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Accord account and every piece of data associated with it directly inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Open Accord on your device.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the second card.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (Apple, Google, or guest) in our authentication system.
All synced formulae, versions, and notes stored in your private cloud space.
All locally stored formulae and settings on the device.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your identity. Aggregated, anonymous crash and usage statistics cannot be linked back to you. Purchase records remain with Apple or Google under their own policies — deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@accord.studio from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
